Terms and conditions
These terms apply to purchases on rigastinte.lv. The website sells electronic gift cards for the Rīgas Tinte tattoo studio. Tattoos cannot be bought online: you agree the price and session time with your tattoo artist at the consultation.

2. What you can buy
The gift card is digital: a PDF with a QR code, sent by email. Choose the amount on the gift card page. The price of a gift card is its amount in euros, with no extra charges. A printed gift card can be bought at the studio.
3. How to buy
Choose the amount, say whether the gift card goes to you or straight to the recipient, and add a message if you like. Check your order in the cart and fill in your details. The contract is made once your payment is confirmed. You will get an order confirmation by email.
4. Payment
You can pay by bank card. Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). You enter your card details in Stripe's form. We never see or store them.
5. Delivery
The gift card is sent to the email address you give once the payment is confirmed. Delivery is free. If the gift card has not arrived, check your spam folder. If it isn't there either, write to info@rigastinte.lv.
6. Gift card terms
- The gift card can be used for a tattoo or for products at the Rīgas Tinte studio.
- The gift card is valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. The issue date is printed on the card. After it expires, the gift card can no longer be used.
- The gift card is not tied to a name: whoever holds it can use it.
- The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- A lost gift card cannot be replaced.
- The gift card does not reserve a session. You agree the time with your tattoo artist when you book a consultation.
7. Right to cancel
The gift card is digital content, sent by email immediately after payment. By buying a gift card, you agree to immediate delivery and confirm that once it has been delivered, the purchase can no longer be cancelled. For this reason, a delivered gift card is not refundable.
If the gift card has not arrived or the code does not work, write to us (section 8).
8. Complaints
If the gift card has not arrived, the code does not work or there is a mistake in your order, email info@rigastinte.lv or call +371 67 22 50 55. We reply to written complaints within 15 days. If the gift card does not match the contract, you have your rights as a consumer under the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law.
9. Personal data
We use the details needed for the purchase (your name and email, and the recipient's name and email if you send the gift card to someone else) only to fulfil the order and for our accounts. Payment details are handled by Stripe. More in our privacy policy.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We first try to settle any dispute by talking or writing to each other. If that does not work, you can turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia or its Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee (ptac.gov.lv), or the courts.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. A purchase is covered by the terms in force on the day it was made. The date of the last change is at the bottom of this page.
